1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to AutoReel AI ("AutoReel," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using AutoReel AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
AutoReel AI is a subscription-based platform that uses artificial intelligence to automatically generate faceless short-form videos and, at your direction, schedule and post them to third-party platforms including TikTok and YouTube. Features may include script generation, AI voiceover, captions, stock footage, music, and automated publishing.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans (e.g., Basic, Pro, Elite) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
5. Connected Social Accounts
When you connect a TikTok, YouTube, or other third-party account, you authorize AutoReel AI to publish content on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for the content posted from your accounts and for complying with each platform's terms, community guidelines, and applicable laws.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing generated scripts, voiceovers, captions, and videos before publishing. You must not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, deceptive (including impersonation or misleading deepfakes), or that violates third-party rights.
7. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, subject to these Terms and underlying third-party licenses (e.g., stock media, voice models), the videos generated for you. You grant AutoReel AI a limited license to host, process, transmit, and publish your content as necessary to operate the Service.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or resell the Service; (b) use the Service to spam, mislead, or harm others; (c) attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security; (d) generate content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or (e) use the Service in violation of TikTok, YouTube, or other connected platform policies.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific results, virality, monetization, or that posts will be accepted by third-party platforms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoReel AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
