1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AutoReel AI ("AutoReel," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our subscription platform that automatically generates faceless AI videos and posts them to TikTok, YouTube, and other connected services.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, profile avatar, and authentication identifiers (including Google Sign-In).
• Subscription & billing data: plan tier, billing status, and payment metadata processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
• Content inputs: topics, niches, prompts, scripts, voice selections, branding, and other settings you provide to generate videos.
• Generated content: scripts, voiceovers, captions, and rendered videos created by the Service.
• Connected social accounts: OAuth tokens, channel/handle identifiers, and posting status for TikTok, YouTube, and any other platform you connect.
• Usage & device data: log data, IP address, browser, device, and analytics events used to operate and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Generate scripts, voiceovers, captions, and videos using third-party AI providers.
• Schedule and publish videos to your connected TikTok, YouTube, and other accounts at your direction.
• Process subscriptions, billing, and customer support.
• Monitor for abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
• Improve features, troubleshoot issues, and analyze aggregated usage. We do not use the contents of your videos to train foundation AI models.

4. Third-Party Services & Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the Service, including with: AI providers (e.g., text and voice generation), video rendering and stock-media providers, our cloud and database hosting provider, our payment processor, analytics tools, and the social platforms you connect (TikTok, YouTube). We do not sell your personal information.

5. Connected Account Permissions

When you connect TikTok, YouTube, or another platform, we request only the permissions required to upload, schedule, and read basic posting status for content you create through AutoReel AI. You may revoke access at any time from the respective platform's settings or by disconnecting in your AutoReel dashboard.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, content, and posting data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may delete videos and disconnect accounts at any time. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of OAuth tokens and secrets, and strict access controls. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including the EEA, UK, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@autoreel.org.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
